Order Fulfillment
All orders must be placed a minimum of 2 days in advance. This allows us the time to source and design the perfect flowers specifically for you. If you would like same-day or next-day delivery, please contact us at hi@afterallfloral.com and we will do our best to accommodate. In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill your order on your preferred delivery date or time after your order is placed, we will contact you to arrange an alternate delivery date or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Delivery Policy
Orders will be delivered on your preferred delivery date and time (you will specify at checkout). We will deliver the flowers to the address provided. If no one is home, we will text and/or call the recipient to arrange leaving the flowers in a vestibule, or with a neighbor or the concierge.
Cancellation Policy
We accept cancellations within 8 hours after placing your order for any reason. Simply click the button at the top of this page to request an order cancellation. Cancellation requests are handled directly by our team during business hours (M-F, 9am-5pm Eastern).
Refund Policy
We want you to love your flowers! Each arrangement is “designer’s choice,” meaning we will choose the best of what’s blooming to create your bespoke design. Your flowers will not be identical to the images in our web shop and though we always do our best to accommodate any special requests, they are not guaranteed to match your preferred color palette. If there is a quality issue or concern with your order, we will issue a full refund. Refund requests are handled directly by our team during business hours (M-F, 9am-5pm Eastern).
